如下图所示，AM62主平台各管脚VDDSHV_MCU，VDDA_MCU，DVDDSHV_MMCx所需的峰值电流是多大？
各管脚所需的峰值电流在AM62x规格书的哪一部分有说明？Power Consumption Summary为空无法查询！
