我们现在使用C6657进行设计，从SPI进行启动，此时需要用到bootmode[12:10]，我们需要的是000；
但同时这三bit也是PLL的设计，外部时钟是100MHz，则是011；
请问这个冲突是要如何解决？

您指的是I2C/SPI Ext Dev Cfg 这个是吧？SPI, I2C boot mode是bypass掉PLL的，所以不需要配置PLL。
