sdk版本：ti-processor-sdk-rtos-c667x-evm-06.03.00.106-Windows-x86-Install.exe

ccs版本：CCS9.3.0.00012_win64.zip

按照参考文档的步骤不能编译pdk，希望你们编译成功后 把 sdk版本 pdk版本 ccs版本 和 参考文档发给我
