AM3352: SPI FLASH 启动 停留在Starting kernel ...

Part Number: AM3352

我购买了两批AM3352BZCZA60,一批批号为03A7JRW,另一批批号为69C652W;使用相同的硬件和软件,批号为69C652W芯片启动和运行正常;

批号为03A7JRW启动到Starting kernel ...后无法执行kernel,过52s后会重启再次运行到Starting kernel ...;一直循环。请帮我看看是什么原因?
