我把板端的这个路径/usr/lib/下的libtidl_onnxrt_EP.so文件误删了，把之前备份的相同文件放在这个路径下，在/opt/edgeai-tidl-tools/examples/osrt_python/ort路径下运行onnxrt_ep.py报错显示：
Error - libtidl_onnxrt_EP.so: cannot open shared object file
请问该如何解决这个问题？
请问在误删前，运行指令会报错么？
有没有尝试重新生成libtidl_onnxrt_EP.so？
