我在测试DM8168DVSDK的720p编码时，有如下问题：
./capture_encode_a8host_debug.xv5T -o 720P60_2M.h264 -m 720p -f 60 -b 2000000 -n 1000 -d 0
可是实际测出来，只有30帧，并没有60帧。不知道为什么。
好像是码流限制导致丢帧。。
1. 但是也不至于降低一半吧，应该是采集60，压缩30，能否在提供详细一点的信息？
是测试软件的错误。悲催。
