贵司提供的Flash烧写软件都是针对SPI Flash或者串行Flash，请问怎么将U-BOOT烧写到NAND Flash（裸机板上）？
哪款芯片？你的资料是哪获取的？据我所知，TI提供的SDK里的工具一般都是全的，你可到www.ti.com上从相应的产品网页下载最新的SDK。

NOR, NAND, SPI的都有。在SDK的PSP目录下。

我的意思是通过串口，将U-boot烧写到Nand Flash中，我们用的NAND flash是并行的（8位），不是serial，也不是SPI的

默认是SPI的，-flashType NAND即为NAND.
输入sfhxxx.exe后回车查看帮助信息。
是在OMAP上面的吗? Omap上面有专门的工具写镜像到Flash.
