beaglebone black 本身是512Mbyte的ram，但我想把后面256M留作设备内存使用，也就是说传给linux系统的mem_size=256M
请问在哪个位置修改？

可以对比的下starterkit的配置，在starterkit上就是256M的DDR3
uboot里面
gd->bd->bi_dram[0].start = PHYS_SDRAM; gd->bd->bi_dram[0].size = PHYS_SDRAM_SIZE;
PHYS_SDRAM_SIZE
这个需求有点意思，其实不用太关心设备内存用的256M内存在什么样的物理位置吧
再次，如果mem_size=256M，剩下的能不能够访问，有待验证
