c6747的GP7[14]需要关心吗？看了c6747的datasheet，里面说这个引脚状态不确定，
那么这个引脚在下载程序的时候需要设置吗？
datasheet的说明是为了提醒系统中如果用到这个管脚控制其它电路时，其在配置前是不定状态。没有其它要注意的事项。
