dm365 tds560usb-plus ccs3.3. trouble reading register:error 0x80002004/-342

i use tds560usb-plus with dm365.when i use ccs3.3.there is something wrong. it says:

Trouble Reading Register :Error 0x80002004/-342 Fatal Error during:Register ,control,This error was generated by TI'sUSCIF driver. SC_ERR_HUNG_COMMAND<-342>Failure due to the controller commanf finish taking too long

then i abort ,i reset the tds560usb-plus, it can not pass. it says the error -183.

who knows what is wrong and what i can do to deal with the problem?
