（1）如果用UCD9222的话，是不是先要通过PMBUS进行初始化后DSP才能通过VCNTL0-3进行控制；
（2）如果我的设计不考虑功耗的话，我是不是能把CVDD固定地接到1.1v（SmartReflex给出的上限值）。

1. UCD9222需要保证初始输出电压为1.02伏，然后DSP通过VCNTL0-3进行控制。
2. SmartReflex的上限值为1.02V（对应VCNTL输出50）。 不推荐CVDD直接接到上限值。
