在EVM的手册中提到EMAC的接口电平只支持3.3V电平标准，不支持2.5V电平的PHY芯片，但是在Marvell的88E1111（2.5V-IO）PHY芯片手册中说兼容3.3V，那是否可以直接连接两个芯片呢？
1. 兼容3.3的意思是CMOS电路，3.3和2.5直接接也问题不大，高电平的最小值和低电平的最大值兼容
