关于DDR3 PLL及controller的配置，请参考如下链接中的STK，其中KeyStone_DDR_init封装了对DDR的所有配置，只需要根据硬件设计修改输入时钟、PLLM及PLLD，并根据DDR spreadsheet生成的参数更新DDR寄存器的配置。
