数据手册第15, 17页上有两种封装的管脚对应图. http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tms320vc5509a.pdfGHH和ZHH都是BGA封装, 两者管脚定义一样的, 只是ZHH soldered balls是无铅的, 而GHH是含铅的.
