EMA_CLK可以由DIV4.5和PLL0_SYSCLK3两种内部时钟源产生. DIV4.5是输入时钟经PLLM倍频后/4.5后的值PLL0_SYSCLK3是输入时钟经PLLM倍频后/PLLC0 Divider 3 Register (PLLDIV3)的值,

也是参考上面文档的PLLC章节, PLL0_SYSCLK1是CPU clock, 所以配置PLL0_SYSCLK1就可以了
