公司最近有一款产品需要用到贵公司的TVP7002，以实现PC的VGA信号（RGBHV）到YCbCr4:2:2（BT601）的转换。按照芯片手册和配置参考设定好以后发现输出H，V，DCLK均正常但是没有Field ID 信号和数据信号。请问下出现这种问题的原因可能是什么？
配置程序流程如下（以1280x720分辨率为例
先对TVP7002进行复位操作
载入VESA标准公共配置
最后配置为1280x720模式
