可以用十六进制转换工具hex6x.exe (C:\ti\ccsv5\tools\compiler\c6000_7.3.4\bin)把.out文件转换成.hex或者.bin文件.
另外, 请问你是用什么boot mode?
我们一般用AIS boot mode, 有AISgen工具把.out文件转换成ais文件.
