我已配好寄存器设置及输入信息，但是TCP3E并没有工作，有没有大神做过相关项目，最好有个简单的例子就好了，完成turbo encoder即可，TI自带的TCP3E传输的例子太复杂了。
1. pdk下面的例子其实就是输入一组测试向量，输出结果并切比较结果。主任务是函数TesterTaskFunc，子任务是SendBlockTaskFunc和ReceiveBlockTaskFunc，通过Semaphore来做同步，其中Semaphore_post(semFreeDesc)用来启动发送任务 Semaphore_pend(semTestDone, BIOS_WAIT_FOREVER)用来等待测试完成。
2. 这个例子用到了QMSS和EDMA，这样可以减少DSPcore对加速器的操作
