IPC在c6678中特指用于核间通信（多用于核间同步）的中断，由IPC寄存器进行设置。具体可以参考c6678的data manual
而Navigator本身是一种非常复杂的外设，包含QMSS和PktDMA，以queue机制为基础，可用于多核数据搬移（core to core，外设to外设等）、核间同步等等。具体可以参考多核导航器手册。
