l138 板子上的DSP是不是必须要arm核才能boot起来？如果是的话我只用仿真器是不是和arm就没关系了？
dsp 在上电后是出于reset状态，需要arm来唤醒的。如果使用仿真器， 把板子调成emulation mode，也可以直接访问DSP
是的，可以单独用仿真器连DSP
