我想使用DM8148连接512MB的内存，为了减小空间，我使用了两个MT41J128M16连接DM8148，这样只使用了DM8148的一个DDR3接口，这样会不会有什么问题呢？是不是两个DDR接口都要用上呢？

DM8148是支持这种2x16bit连接方式的，但是DDR3的位宽就变成32bit了，DDR的带宽降低一半，一般不建议，尤其是DDR带宽紧张的情况。对于未用EMIF的PIN脚需要按照手册的要求进行处理。
