6657 Pcie 启动模式下 RC没法进行KICK0和KICK1的写操作

我现在进行的情况如下：

1，设备已经找到，并且地址空间也已经配置好。

2，对L2，和MSMC的读写都能正确。

3，对Device State Control Registers 的读操作正常，写操作失败。PCIe寄存器中的Priority 中的MST_PRIV也已经设置成1了。

向各位老师请教，是那个环节可能出了问题？谢谢！
