没有网卡连接情况下如何使用DCC？

环境基于DM814x，但因为高度定制了，网卡功能去除了。只有串口和USB连接可以共享SSD。

能不能脱机使用DCC：用串口登陆操作DCC？把RAW和ISS的输出保存，然后共享给host PC，再用DCC软件tuning？

如果可以，用什么方法呢？makefile需要如何设定才能打开DCC？然后如何操作target端的DCC呢？
