怎样使用SD-Flash-Method

我想把U-BOOT写到NAND FLASH（816x/389x EVM ver G),使用SD-Flash-Method，按照说明做，

在评估板上执行演示命令，出现下面现象

root@dm816x-evm:~# nand write 0x80000000 0x400000 0x40000                      
-sh: nand: not found  

请问是要在评估板安装什么东东吗？
