C6748的HPI时序问题

如图所示是在仿真器挂起时，通过外部电路驱动对C6748的HPI接口先后进行HPIC和HPIA的写操作的逻辑波形。

HPIC的写操作一切正常。写入的值为0x0001。

随后HCNTL【1:0】变为10b，再接着HCS负跳变，准备进行HPIA的写操作。随即，在HDS还没有使能的情况下，HRDY上跳变。之后除一个短暂的下跳变之外，HRDY一直处于高电平。请问是怎么回事？
