关于DM8148 HDVPSS TRM文档需要签订NDA的问题

 我现在需要对DM8148中的HDVPSS模块进行操作， 但是DM8148 TRM的HDVPSS章节没有写出寄存器的定义与操作，后得知需要签订NDA，以得到相关文档，现在请教下，这个NDA具体怎么操作，国内游售后或代理可以签订吗，还是需要和美国方面签订谢谢。
