根据数据手册，C6747时钟可以由外部时钟提供，即OSCIN接1.2V外部时钟，OSCOUT不接，请问外部时钟必须是方波吗？若是正弦波，DSP能正常工作吗？

可以是正弦波，但时序要求满足手册第71页上Table 5-4. OSCIN Timing Requirements的要求。
按手册的要求就可以，是我初始化设错了
