TI的工作人员你们好。我通过CCS3.1对TMS320DM642芯片进行程序烧写。接仿真器成功后，选择Tools菜单下的FlashBurn选项，

新建或打开cdd文件时，弹出如下错误窗口：

点击确认后进入cdd设置界面，但是显示板卡没有连接。在XP和win7系统下均出现此现象。

请问这是什么原因？如何解决？谢谢
