看了一个关于用CSL库配置中断的 例子，那个例子是先配置INTC ，后配置CIC，自己见得SRIO的中断的配置方式是这样的，而timer的配置却没有看见配置CIC，CIC的配置是必要的吗

是否使用CIC取决于事件号。 如果在corepac的128个事件表中有相应的事件定义，则不需要再用CIC。
建议看一下CIC的user guider，方面理解其原理。
