往地址为0x0262014C的devcfg寄存器写0x0，但是读出来是0x1；循环读地址为0x20BF0000的spi控制器，一般都8，9次，jtag就链接不上了，是什么问题，电源还是复位时序？
试试在写之前先写KICK0/KICK1寄存器解锁，然后再写。
确认一下上电后的供电、时钟，并确认上电时序满足手册要求，上电后查看相关输入复位及时钟管脚状态。
