C66多核DSP，在BIOS下使用TIMER，默认的时钟源好像都是内部时钟，如果想切换到外部时钟，怎样配置呢？
TIMER是定时器的作用，C6678可以支持16个64bit的Timer，并且64bit的Timer可以分成两个32bit Timer来用，对于应用来说应该是足够的。
你需要使用外部定时器的原因是什么？如果仅仅是需要引入一些中断，那么用GPIO就可以了。
用外部时钟的原因是想DSP与FPGA的计时完全同步，所以想用FPGA的时钟信号作为定时器的时钟源。
6678手册 3.3.17节，DSP有两个引脚TIMI0和TIMI1，你可以把FPGA时钟从这两个引脚引入到DSP，余下的就是配置TIMER了
