ARM通过DSPLink跟DSP通信，生成的message.out，但是使用MSGQ_put()与MSGQ_get()时可能出现DSP端跑飞的错误，上层ARM必须要复位DSP才能进行第二次计算。
目前问题：DM3730的DSP在DSPLink架构下，在不重启的情况下该怎么复位呢？求指导，谢谢。
