TPS65951+DM3730，关机后在1秒内按power键，无法开机。测试无1.2v，1.8v电压输出。只有把电池拿掉再装回去，才能再次开机。
如果关机后等3秒再按power key，则每次都可以正常开机。
请问大概会是什么原因？应该怎样debug？
