读写内存的问题

公司安排了一个任务给我：将一款产品的PCB改动一下。PCB是6层板。因为我是高频数字电路的新手，也第一次画多层板。为了减小问题发生，我把CPU和内存DDR2之间的电路的走线，直接搬过去了(这部分电路跟旧产品的PCB完全一致)。

但打样回来后，调试新的PCB，发现不能读写内存DDR2。CPU只显示了读取flash的信息。

奇怪！

请问，我可以通过尝试设置DDR2的哪些参数，去读写内存？
