如题，现在用的一块16Gb大的nandflash芯片，接到cs0上，发现最大只能支持256MB。
emif文档上并没有说明emif接nandflash时有大小限制，请问有限制吗？
有限制，EMIF支持连接4chip以上，每个64MB，所以最大支持256MB。
