请问TI工程师，DSP6713问题

我用的是DSP6713B，出现这种情况：“load program ”以后点击“run”出现“HALTED:s/wbreakpoint” ，单击点击DENUG菜单里的ResetCPU就可以了,请问这是什么原因 ？

还有我把整个工程文件夹复制到其他地方，编译的时候出错是什么原因
