cpu的频率即是SYSCLK1的频率，是由外部晶振输入和PLL设定，一起决定的。请检查这两项。
你是说通过测量SYSCLKOUT输出频率为16.667MHz，x6得到CPU主频为100MHz么？
如果是的话，说明没有配置CPU 主锁相环PLL，如果使用EVM的话，可以在ccxml中添加gel文件，在连接EVM的时候会自动运行gel进行PLL的初始化。
