Hi TI FAE,

Dose DRA829 SOC support single channel 16 bit DDR?  

It is not very clear in the DRA829 TRM

but i find DDRSS Register Configuration Tool said DRA829 support 1 channel 16bit DDR:

Can anyone give me some suggestion, wether DRA829/TDA4V supoort 1channel 16 bit LPDDR4 or not?
