用6678在sys/bios下调试串口中断时，dsp的接受中断不正常，有的时候会产生有的时候会报错说没有停止位或者所发数据超出我的触发水平，
配置中断的方式是根据sys/bios那种方式配置的
参考如下UART中断例程，先基于该例程调测问题，再加到bios中。
