你用TI提供的UBI的镜像试一下看看你的烧写过程有没有问题

我之前调试是在SD卡，现在想弄到nand中，也是遇到这种错误，求详解，谢谢

MLO和U-boot都可以在NAND FLASH上启动么？

可以的  就是加载不了文件系统

具体是NAND什么型号？和开发板的是一致的吗？

另外ubi文件系统的image是自己做的还是用SDK里面带的做好的image

使用的nandflash:K9F2G08U0M  256Mib   制作的ubi.img65.7MB  和开发板的不一致
