目前我通过ioctl  VIDIOC_QUERYCAP qeury 出来的  capabilities: 只有V4L2_CAP_STREAMING

那如果想要支持V4L2_CAP_VIDEO_CAPTURE是应该怎么办？还是说不能添加这个capture的支持？
