DM814X的引脚数目问题

您好，我从DM814x的datasheet上看到的是共BGA684个引脚，但是从目前MISTRAL的开发板原理图和PCB上看（MS_TI_CEN_BB_REVC_DDR3_PG2_SCH），共有712个引脚（多余的28个引脚都有具体网络），请问这是怎么回事 是应为工程样片的原因 实际IC引脚应该是如何，或者这样设计是基于什么考虑。。。谢谢！
