omap3430 x-load-1.4.2直接引导内核 ，内核探测内存只有16M

我用x-load直接加载kernel到0x80008000 运行 内核能顺利启动 ，但是启动后内核只能探测16M的内存，我用的是beagleboard C4 ，正常来说有128M+128M=256M的内存，是不是跳过u-boot加载kernel，导致kernel缺少一些参数？，还是SRDC 设置有问题？
