CCSv5.03安装出错

之前安装5.1.1的时候，安装一半了提示某文件损坏，让我查看，但是那个文件根本就没有

现在想试个低版本的5.03但还是有问题，在安装CG Tools时，停在安装SYS BIOS就不动了，不提示错误也不继续安装

我已经把杀毒软件关掉了，也没有其他应用程序开着

请问这是什么问题呀？软件冲突？怎么解决呢？
