大家好，我使用C6748芯片，通过Jtag烧写不含BIOS的测试程序到Nandflash中，能正常工作；烧写含BIOS的工程程序，不能正常工作，所以想问下，含BIOS与不含BIOS的程序，烧写方法上有什么区别吗？
你好，往flash中烧写数据，这些数据可能都是二进制格式的可执行文件，因此烧写方法上不会有区别的。
而区别可能是boot程序的制作部分，请注意检查一下bootloader
