omapl138从nand flash启动问题

nand flash挂载在omapl138的CS3空间，在omapl138的CS5空间又挂载了ti公司生产的TL16C754，两者复用了数据总线、地址总线、读写控制线。现在只要焊接了TL16C754便无法加载nand flash中的程序，用示波器监测数据引脚，发现数据引脚无法正常拉高，读写控制线、片选线、地址总线均正常。这个问题该如何解决？
