AM3359温度过高。空板子，不烧任何程序就热。
做了5块板子，只有一块正常。
测量了一下电源，发现Vdig2 和VDac 的对地阻抗和正常的不一样。
是焊接短路了还是cpu有问题？还是硬件设计问题？
请帮忙分析一下。

应该不是CPU的问题。
请问PMU用的是哪颗？是照那个参考板设计的？
短路是应该查下
可以用看看几个power rail，哪一路的电流较大，然后看看这一路所供电的pin脚，有没有短路的。
