这里clock tick 配置为1000， 单位是多少还没弄清楚，BIOS文档给出The period for the system tick is set by the configuration parameter Clock.tickPeriod. This is set in microseconds，意思是Tick单位是1us？核周期是1ns，我用TSCL测Task_sleep（10）刚好10ms
