关于AM335X的PWM驱动

我将内核中PWM驱动改为模块加载的方式，加载之前在开发板中输入以下命令  ls sys/class/pwm发现有：
ecap.2      ehrpwm.1:0  ehrpwm.1:1
看样子是在驱动加载之前就已经有了，请问ecap.2      ehrpwm.1:0  ehrpwm.1:1这几个设备名是什么时候注册进内核的，在什么文件中可以找到？
