在evm816x中设置了GPMC for Nor的管脚复用，但是我在测试spi片选3的时候，想通过代码改回管脚的模式，却发现不成功，是否在CCS下只能通过gel来设置管脚复用，pll等。

pinmux配置必须是在supervisor mode下，gel是一种方法。
